Elevator Glide Mode

There are two types of elevator sliding modes:

1.The car slides by fixing the rolling pulley combination on the guide rail.

The car slides in a way that the U-shaped guide shoe (a kind of card glue) is fixed to the guide rail. Changing the fixed sliding mode of the elevator car to the rolling pulley combination control can greatly reduce the friction noise of the car operation (because the pulley block is controlled by a spring, it can reduce the friction and rigid contact during the operation of the elevator). However, since the two sliding modes use different elevator guide rails, the guide rails used by the pulley block are larger), which involves the replacement of the elevator guide rails. The elevator counterweight position is an iron frame with a pig iron block matching the rated load of the elevator, located on the front inner wall of the elevator door. One end of the elevator wire rope is the elevator car, which is used to carry people; the other end is the counterweight, which is used to balance the gravity of the car. The elevator counterweight frame is also fixed to the guide rails on both sides for sliding like the elevator car, but the guide rails are directly fixed to the front inner wall of the elevator.

Elevator Glide Mode

There are two types of machine room-less elevators:

A. One is the bottom type, that is, the elevator host is at the bottom of the elevator shaft, and the main upper floors are affected;

B. Top-mounted, that is, the elevator host control is fixed on the top wall of the elevator shaft. Type B of the machine roomless elevator mainly depends on whether there is space for noise reduction at the location of the fixed host in the shaft. The elevator shaft and the owner's home are a common wall, and the shaft is poorly structured due to reasons such as the pre-buried wire pipes in the building during construction. The elevator's sliding guide rail fixing bracket is fixed to the wall. The poor structure of the wall causes the vibration of the elevator to be transmitted to the owner's home through the guide rail fixing bracket when it slides at high altitude. At present, cases of noise pollution caused by shaft sound transmission are relatively rare, and the residents on the middle floors are mainly affected. They are solved by modifying the guide rail fixing support and shaft noise reduction.
